General Ledger Accountant

We are recruiting for a General Ledger Accountant who will be responsible for the books and records of their multiple operational facilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership for accounting records, general ledger account analysis
  • Preparation of profit center P&L's and invoices
  • Month end close and reporting
  • Analyze fluctuations and variances in internal reporting for operational facilities
  • Liaison and key contact for our operational facilities
  • Sales Tax and Business License set up and renewals
  • Monthly Reconciliations


  • 3 years general accounting experience
  • BS degree in accounting required
  • Highly Proficient in Excel and Word
  • Experience with enterprise accounting software a plus
